Usain Bolt and Anderson Silva beaten in the same week.

Total change of opinion for me too here

GSP beats Silva in yes he does...

Chael might win the rematcn for god's sake.. That is sad that he lost after fighting that great. Silva got nothing done all night until the end. Chael even outstruck him in most exchanges..

That was the equivalent of ing the hottest girl in school and then before climaxing having her father come in the room and kick your ass with a shovel.

It doesn't even matter that he was winning for that amount of time because he was ing stupid in the end.

Sonnen was just dumb. He should have pulled a Brock and just kept his body close and pounded the out of Anderson with no room for error. I understand wanting to keep fighting hard but don't throw away your championship stupidly for no reason. Its not like he was going to knock Silva out there.

lol Silva won after all that Sonnen was talkin.

He's been caught in stupid his whole career in fights he was winning. As soon as Silva threw his legs up and locked it in i knew it was done.. I never relaxed when Chael was on top because of Silva's good guard and Chaels bad sub defense..

    It ed him yet again..

Some of the exchanges. Anderson still won the majority of them. He was rocked once and recovered nicely. That was a slip in the 4th. Silva was never hurt on the feet. Anderson wins that rematch on the feet if he can work on the takedown defense. Sonnen needs to work on his sub defense.. again.

Ive been watching this guy for so long and its the same thing everytime.

and he did that the entire fight till the last second I don't know why he decided to go for the GnP when he clearly had the fight won, just ride out the last couple of seconds .

    sums up the fight

I feel terrible for the guy.. This was the biggest fight of his career and he did everything he said he was gonna do for like 22 min until he got caught

    Sucks so bad..

I really thought it was over when Silva went down. I was really scared at the start of the fourth because I was pretty sure Chael was about to be KNTFO but once Silva went down in the fifth I expected Chael to basically do enough to keep from being stood up and collect his belt.

he should have pulled a Silva and just run away the entire round.

Silva got dominated, I can't see how his performance was any better than his last fight. Chael took his beating like a man and still found a way to impose his will until the last 2 minutes. He said it wouldn't be a war, and it wasn't. He talked a lot of , but he backed it up.

Anderson is 35 years old his TDD is as good as it's gonna get..

Make the GSP fight Dana.. He wins i am sure of it now.. You think GSP gets caught in a sloppy late 5th round triangle?

No way.. Sonnen/Silva 2 or GSP Silva after the Kos fight..

I don't think he ever hurt Silva in exhanges TBH. Silva would get frustrated at times and start to fight back but he never really looked hurt. In the first Silva was a total as always and even held his hands down as if to say that Sonnen's shots were weak. Of course Chael took his ass to the mat at that point.

But even in the end, look at their faces. Sonnen looks like he was losing the entire fight.

Sonnen deserves a rematch. You don't go five rounds like that and not get one. That would be ing wrong.

That being said maybe this time he can avoid pulling his fake tap move.

  18. #168
This is like the kind of thing that could only happen to Sonnen. As shocked as i am i really shouldn't since it has happened to him before. 2:30 from the le and he gets caught

    Come on.......

He'll get a rematch or they'll do the GSP fight.. Dana should do GSP and Silva or Chael and Silva 2. GSP i guarantee you is now chomping at the bit to fight this guy. He can't stop Sonnens shot, he won't be able to stop GSP's

    And GSP has great JJ..

BTW, the torrent site I get my UFC from has "Ultimate Comebacks" as the latest torrent uploaded earlier today. How ing prophetic.

Good call. But that's not something built into Sonnen...as much as he likes to punch people on the ground he also likes giving up submissions. !!!
