    Rangers need to get their heads out of their asses and go on a 7 to 8 game winning streak. Losing to teams that are chasing you for the division lead isn't good either. And they also need to watch their record. If they have the worst record among the 3 division winners in the AL, that will give them a likely first round matchup with the Yankees. The Rangers have to finish better than the AL central winner in order to have homefield advantage in the first round. The wild card is going to come from the AL East and teams from the same division cannot play each other in the first round.
