Matt cannot afford to put up Britney. He should know by now that he lost Rachel and Brendan's votes. If he puts up Britney he risks losing her vote. He would then need to have every other vote on the jury. Even without putting up Kathy, that is no guarantee. Better to risk losing Kathy's maybe vote than Britney's (almost) sure vote.
