Why???????????!?!?
Why???????????!?!?
Ticket/Jersey sales is my best guess. For the Hornets at least.
Remember when he joined the Sixers again how much their jersey sales increased and how many sell outs they had. For a team like No that could be great
Orlando Magic play-by-play: "Allen Iverson dribbles up the key, about to take his 12th consecutive shot attempt, pump fakes, and he's fouled... by... Vince Carter? That will be Carter's third foul on Iverson this game."
Rumor: Magic and Hornets interested in Allen Iverson because they need penetration ab... a good jump shoo... a guy with good passin... a player who knows the value of practice.
sons plz don't ing do this. what the we are in the process of building a dynasty. why even consider bringing that hood rat trash in?
Odd choice. Maybe they don't feel confident in CP3's injury recovery to start the season.
so lets bring in a total cancer who will feel as if he deserves more playing time and a starting spot over Paul!
Just saying, why else would they be interested?
Better than not having a PG.
...
Nevermind.
To make CP3 happy, from reports he wasn't too thrilled that the Hornets hardly made any offseason moves (largely because they didn't have a GM IIRC) and I think thats why they're looking into AI now and got Ariza earlier. Might be moves for the sake of making them.
Well I think CP3 wants to win and I don't think he will be happy with bringing in AI. They can't just fool CP3 and say: "look, we are making moves!". They still have to be good ones.
But this will probably never happen anyways.
this is going to make cp3 extremely happy![]()

Yea cause Sam Amico is extremely reliable. Moron
Don't they know that AI doesn't "workout"?![]()
I could understand the Hornets. They're not getting out of the Southwest cellar anyways.
But the Magic? Aren't they trying to be a legitimate team?
What are we talking about here? We sitting here, I'm supposed to be the franchise player, and we sitting here talking about practice?
The stove is scorching hot, yet some fools just can't seem to resist touching it.
For anybody who cares, Stein tweeted that he Hornets were not interested in Iverson.
This was a bull report. No way hornets would go after him. They're going to focus on getting a backup PG, another backup center and perhaps another wing player. I'm hoping they can use Peja's expiring contract to get another starter.
Neither Hornets nor Orlando had/have interest in Iverson.
http://twitter.com/STEIN_LINE_HQIn response to tweet called to my attention, I've been assured Hornets have not/will not express interest in Iverson. No word yet from ORL
