Except for becoming an emotional wreck while drunk and beating his wife.
Yeah. And I'm not excusing that. It's terrible actually the things guys do to women.

Which is why I used the word anonymous. An anonymous dude might be an emotional to his girl, but as far as 'not-getting-in-the-way-of-my-life' goes, he's not really causing as many problems as his beaten girlfriend is.

This is true. But IMO a bad, worthless male at least has common sense. A guy might be a stupid piece of drunk wife-beater, but at least he probably knows how to drive, get through a U-Scan at the store, fend for himself, stay away from absolute bull emotional drama. All in all, anonymous stupid males have less of an ability to with my life than anonymous stupid females.

These are generalizations of course and I'm far more a misanthrope than I am a misogynist, but I'd be lying if I said the things dumb es do, don't piss me off more than the things your average asshole guy on the street is up to.
Ignoring the gender stereotypes here, are you really trying to argue that being able to use the self check-out touch screen is a better measure of one's common sense than being able to handle your without getting drunk and hitting someone? Really??

Lol, how old? Like 25'ish? Be pretty damn funny if true. Sorry. Why not just get a hooker? I would have been done that if I got into my 20's and that happened.
why get a hooker when you can just get a fat girl?

If the guy is anonymous, I'm guessing his beaten girlfriend is, too. So how, exactly, does she interfere with your life?

Don't worry dude. You're open enough about it that we know you aren't gay . Involuntary or maybe even voluntary celibacy can suck, but it, there's more to life than sex. It would probably be nice for you to enjoy the company of a smart, good chick, but the ceremony of the one time you lose your virginity really doesn't matter in the long run.

She slows me up on the road and in the grocery store line and almost totals my rock solid Landcruiser.

I don't think she is butthurt, or a whiner or at all interested in restricting what people choose to type. If anything, I thought she was expressing curiosity about a viewpoint she finds objectionable. Which is fine, cucking is en led to her opinions and questions about misogyny as much as any misogynist is en led to their opinion about women.

Why should men respect women that are not respectful? Most women are s, some are not. The behavior has nothing to do with men not getting laid. That lil rotten piece of stench between your legs is the easiest thing in the world to get, so I doubt that's the problem. From what I can see, most women don't deserve respect.
Who the talks like this? WTF is wrong with you?

I've noticed that the Jennifer Anniston thread has turned into another repository for hateful comments about women. There have been jokes around here for as long as I've been posting, but the anti-women comments have gotten not only considerably more bitter over the last few months, but have become so common as to be nearly impossible to avoid no matter the topic of a particular thread.

Let me be clear: this is not me being butthurt and whining that people shouldn't be allowed to post such things. Post whatever the you want.

But I can't help wondering what, exactly, is the inspiration for such sentiments. This isn't the only place I've heard/read some of these "jokes," but it is certainly the place where I've encountered the highest concentration. Is it merely following Trainwreck's example by stealing his shtick? Is it an actual trend amongst men of a certain age, here and elsewhere? Or does SpursTalk just have an unusually large concentration of male posters who can't get laid and have turned bitter as a result?

If it's the former, that shtick isn't anywhere near as funny as you all seem to think it is. If it's the middle option, well... that just makes me sad. And troubled. If it's the latter, might I recommend raising your standards a bit instead of dating/ ing only the worst my gender has to offer.
I for one still love women and definitely love mine.

All men are misogynists to some degree. Many will protest this statement; those are just the men who hide their misogyny deeper than the others.

I dont let people get me down regardless of gender. Maybe they make them different in the South or I just never ran with a crowd that condones an uppity woman/man, but I dont understand most of the pseudo-hate here, either.

I will say this, though, balli hit the nail on the head with the "princess" generalization. Ive had a job since I was 11, I know women who are 30 who still have never actually worked (they still babysit). Hearing them talk about their "problems" makes me want to unplug their oxygen supply.

It does seem this Barbie, Disney bull that little girls are fed at such a young age does have some lasting impact on their personal expectations in life. Some seriously think theyre special in some way.

For example, my buddy is the most dedicated guy I know (outside myself, of course). He's a self-made guy through and through, no help from anyone along the way. He works in advertising (no degree) and makes a little less than $100k a year, does graphic design on the side (mostly brochures, newsletters and websites) for banks, corporations and local businesses, athletic and self-motivated.

He married a girl 5 years younger than him who comes from nothing. Her parents arent losers or anything, but theyre just lower middle class nobodies (with no personality I might add). So she has had no parent-provided luxury her entire life. She meets this guy and suddenly she gets a taste of the good-ish life, you know? Her parents never pulled any dollars, whereas this single guy shes dating has a house, two cars and money in the bank.

They date, they get married. Her tastes change basically overnight. Now its nothing but eating out every night (btw, she doesnt cook or clean, but she does work for $14 an hour), Coach/Louie Vatton purses and nice clothes (I dont give a flying if I spelled LV correctly, namebrands mean absolutely nothing to me...less than zero). She gets pregnant and has ZERO maternal instincts. I mean, I remember this so vividly...

He would be over my house watching a game and she would call him in a panic because the baby needed to be fed and she had no clue (nor cared to learn) how to feed him. How to heat the bottle, tip the head, hold the baby and knowing when he was done. NO CLUE nor wanted to learn. She expected him to talk her through the step-by-step process every time for feeding, diaper changes, etc.

It isnt that she was dumb, its that she expected to be treated like a princess. Baby care was below her and she would get irate if he wasnt available to do it for her.

    Anyway...

After being married 3 years and having a 1.5 yr old baby with a dedicated husband who provided everything she'd ever dreamed, she wants a divorce. No reason, she said "I dont love you anymore."

    He asked how that happened?

Get this...really get this knowing what I wrote earlier about this girl and him...

"You dont hold me anymore at night."

He took it well, didnt get upset or anything. Me? I got pissed when he told me. Are you ing kidding?! That Twilight-reading dumb who comes from ing nothing is divorcing you because you dont "sparkle" or have kiss-sex?!

Completely unrealistic idiot wants an ever-lasting romance like her books tell her about. Theres a reason you find that tripe in the fiction section of the bookstore, you ing moron. You work two jobs, take care of the baby, cook every night, clean the ing house and deal with your indecisive and unrealistic dumbass everyday and see how much cuddling you want to do!!

I told him to run, run for the ing hills. She wants out? Help her ing pack and drop her off at whatever ing truckstop is nearest your residence.

Ungrateful little who before him, didnt know a damn thing about luxury and convenience except for the modest lifestyle her parents provided for her (to great lengths, apprently, judging by her complete lack of skill in anything domestic).

What a dumb . I hope she falls in love with some unemployed drunkard who beats her...but snuggles every night.

Anyway, my buddy took it well...I, otoh, didnt (as you can tell). He is so going to knock down the finest trim in the near future, he's going to be dating new es every month that are 9s and 10s with his job, money, dedication and a cute little 2 year old kid.

    Shes such a moron.
