I love Radiohead but loathe the Smiths. I think I'll pass. And start looking for a boyfriend because apparently I'm gay. I'll start smoking weed just to complete the transformation.
If you haven't listened to this, quit being gay and listen.

I think it's unfair to dismiss something without listening to it, to be quite honest.
Sit Down, Stand Up is pretty damn good. Backdrifts is a good song. 2+2=5 is a good song as well. A Wolf at the Door is good as well.
It's not classic Radiohead but very good still. Hail to the Thief is very similar to Warning in regards to Green Day. Maybe no their best effort, but it has some secretly very good songs.
What do you mean? Why shouldn't he?
If I hate Nickelback, but love Radiohead, I wont listen to a cover Radiohead did of Nickelback. Actually, scratch that. I probably would.
Well, duh. Every Radiohead album has some good songs. 2+2 is obviously great. Sit down stand up is good. Wolf at the door I love. And There There is also great. It just has too much filler, which stops me from listening to it. And the gloaming sucks.
When it comes to the Smiths, the Cure, and Morrissey among others, I don't think it's unfair. Just the way I think I guess.
There's this thing on every cd player and iPod and every other MP3 player. It's called a skip forward button. Learn to use it.
What I do with some albums that I don't like every song is I just leave them off my ipod so I don't have to reach for it every single time.
Actually I wouldn't. Nickleback sucks way too much. They would absolutely have to transform the song for me to like it, so much so that you wouldn't even know it was a Nickleback song unless you read the lyrics.
Maybe they should just change the lyrics too.
If you aren't listening to entire albums, your doing it wrong. Only time it's acceptable not to is when at parties and hwhwhwhwatnot
One could never have enough Morrissey.
To each his own. If I don't like a song, I don't like a song so I skip it. I don't declare a whole album shot because of a few songs I don't like. And I'm not going to subject myself to something I don't like.
Dude, if you like skipping songs like a casual, it's cool. We all can't enjoy albums in their entirety.
I'm not a huge Killers fan, but when they hit on a song, they really hit. My favorite has to be "For Reasons Unknown". Absolutely fantastic song.
This. I always skip Electioneering, even though OK Computer is my favorite album. But electioneering is complete . , I say,
Even Nirvana had songs I didn't necessarily like. Of course, they were on Bleach and Incesticide but still. I usually would skip Polly and Something in the Way on Nevermind. Not that I didn't like them, just that I don't particularly enjoy hearing them all the time.
Electioneering is good. Nice change of pace for where its at on the album. But No Surprises has to be my favorite. Again, something about those slow songs that I love.
Great tier:
Paranoid Android
Let Down
Karma Police
The Tourist
Climbing Up the walls
Lucky
Good tier:
Airbag
SHA
No Surprises
Exit Music
:
Electioneering
No Surprises should make the list just for Thom's signing. After all, in another thread you said Thom's voice was chiseled by the Greek Gods themselves and that Radiohead turned you gay.![]()
No YOU!
