I like 30 Rock but I think Tina Fey is hot. The show, IMO, is hillarious. I haven't watched Modern Family yet.
dont know if many will watch but i do know some will care who wins. who do they want to win or who do they expect to win? i think this is the year michael c hall takes it even though i love bryan cranston. thankfully 30 rock's reign is over and modern family will take it. i dont watch the show but i just hate 30 rock. will anything stop mad men for best drama? lost? cant beleive tony sopranos wife is gonna win for something other than that role .

I won't watch that , but if Conan wins, I'll watch the youtube vid tomorrow.
Breaking bad gets ted on again, i wish the voters would go an look at actual advertisements from the 1960's and see how gay and ty they were.
I don't really give a about the Emmys, so I didn't watch, but I was surprised to learn that "Treme" only got a couple of small nominations. It deserved more.
I thought Dexter would fare better than it did.
I thought Michael C. Hall should have beat Cranston. And thought season 4 of Dexter could give season 3 of Mad Men a run for its money, even though I haven't see season 3 of Mad Men yet. I thought season 4 of Dexter was that good though.
Question: Does the fact that Dexter plays an emotionless killer hurt his chances at an Emmy for Best Actor? He doesn't get as many opportunities to really show the range of his acting skills because his character (even if he is starting to feel emotions and juggling a double life) is based around a guy who is cold and isolated.
Cranston on the other hand gets to show a huge range on Breaking Bad, from a depressed man struggling with terminal cancer to a powerful drug lord in modern day New Mexico while juggling a life with his family and a job as a high school teacher...
I don't know but I've just wondered if that hurts Hall's chances. Something to think about I guess.
Yea having a deeper role on an arguably better and more respected series probably helps Cranston. He also seems very respected by those in the industry but Hall's probably not that far behind there FWIW.
Didn't watch it either but this was what I was really interested in. Jon Stewart won which was more deserved imo. Conan would've been more of a sympathy vote, it'll be kinda interesting to see if he'll be nominated for his new show or not.
jim parsons DID win best actor for a comedy series
I didn't watch at all either. I've never watched many of those shows..Dexter, Madmen, Treme, Lost..but I do watch the Daily Show. I'll be checking out the former on Netflix if available. Been wanting to watch all of them though.
Yeah. Too bad she looked like a bag lady. Her chest demands its own zip code. Wholly moley.
LOST got robbed @ the Emmy's.I'm so sick of Mad Men winning.
At least Modern Family won BEST COMEDY!Sofia Vergara said she would run naked in the streets if the show won.

I don't think she's done it yet, we would have heard about it.![]()
Lost had been re ed since halfway through season 1.
True Blood getting nominated was pretty horrible too.
and imho Sons of Anarchy being completely ignored was the biggest crime of the night.
I just saw a list of the winners, and the only one I've ever even heard of is The Daily Show; I'm glad I didn't watch.
/Special ...
It's funny you picked that still of all things out there.
it went nomad, man
All I know is that the University of Houston was 1 for 1 last night. Props to Jim Parsons!!!! Was pulling for Sharon Gless just because I love Burn Notice so much and wanted to see it get its due one way or another. Also because her nomination was something that I specifically demanded after Cherry Jones won the Best Supporting Actress for being the straw that broke my will to watch 24 anymore.
I don't usually get too hung up on the best and worst dressed stuff, but I skimmed a few articles just on the winners and losers and everyone made some crack about January Jones' dress so I had to look it up. Jeebus, what a mess.
One comment said it looked like someone took a dare that they couldn't make a dress entirely out of blue disposable plates and spoons.
I didn't think she looked that bad. Now it does seem like she doesn't really seem too comfortable getting all done up for events like this, in my opinion.
