Turkey has a very promising generation of players coming up. Ilyasova, Asik and Erden (all three will be playing NBA ball next season) can compete with every other international team.
Greece really needs some new blood to come up, their key players are still the ones from 4-6 years ago.

Smth is wrong with them this year, and it's not because Pau isn't there. They have more than enough talent to get by without him. They get leads and then lose them, they are a bit afraid when the pressure mounts. It seems like they have believed their own hype a bit too much. And personally I was expecting more out of Rubio, I love his talent, but I thought he could have become more of a leader by this age. He still look to JC Navarro anytime the game gets tight.

If Spain beats Lebanon and Canada while Greece beats Russia and Ivory Coast, then Greece will play Spain in the first round. The winner of that game would play the USA in the quarterfinals.
