Just the fact that you have to pay to play online...that and the fact that I always played on ps2 so the transition will be easier. I always thought ps2 was the best game play for madden IMHO.

son, while paying for live is bull and ing gay, the online experience is so much better. imho it is worth it
I agree about the online play..really irritating..and they're about to raise the price from 49 bucks to 59..pisses me off.
its ing stupid. tbh microsoft gets enough money from people having to pay 99 bucks to send their in because of their faulty hardware
It depends what kind of player you are imo. If you're a guy that prefers realistic play of football than Xbox/360 was the system for that.
However, I played Madden 05-09 on ps2 (didn't play 10 last year) and it was cheese city so eventually I got used to it and played a little cheesy.
Spin glitch, juke glitch, rocket catch, quick pass, nano blitz, etc.
It wasn't that fun when you played noobs though. You could seriously score about 80 points with the juke glitch

Like u I also think madden on ps2 had da best gameplay but once I seen the juke glitch I quit takin madden seriousB then can da nano glitch, after dat I just said madden! But you 4got the comeback routes glitch when ur player turns around on a hook an u throw it high & hard an it was a catch 8 out 10 times! Like I said I quit takin madden so serious 4 awhile so wat da is a rocket catch? Plus on madden 11 they jus got so many routes where a guy jus bust open, the defense stop half way an never guard the rite person! But I'm still the at this trashy .

Yeah I forgot about that one. That was 06. The ans were like the cheesiest team with that one, they had a bunch of big receivers who were scrubs in real life. I was playing NCAA mostly that year though.

man i just played a game and it was lagging like a on my end. i messaged the guy and then tried doing friendly quit and he in rejected it. enjoy your free win asshole, i'm not about to get user picked 70 times in a game because my game is freezing before i can see whos open every play.
They should show you a persons connection color at the screen where you pick your teams! That would seriously stop all da laggy games.
Normally I don't show off replays on here, but I had one in my game I just played that would win an ESPY...ridiculous. I'm up two touchdowns, with the ball in the redzone, just tryin to pad the stats. I'm looking at a slant to Jason Witten, and throw an interception. The guy was about to be nailed, but he wanted to try to run it back, so he tried to pitch it back....I'll let the video take it from there...

if you're having trouble stopping people doing the linebacker nano blitzes that get to your qb super quick, i've found that using a hb draw out of shotgun then audibling to "quick pass" then sending your slot wr and tight end on drag routes usually results in a free 20 yard gain if he sends a lot of people blitzing or at least a first down if he's only blitzing the nano player. but you have to do it out of shotgun cuz that gives you five receivers counting the rb. that'll make them have to play you in nickel or dime and they can only beat the double drags by making their lbs spy you and in nickel they only have two lbs anyway so unless they want to keep getting burned by the drag they'll have to pull that blitzer back away from the line and play you straight up. is it cheap to keep running the same play on someone for a drive or longer? maybe, but not if they're playing cheater d imo.

lol i just pwned this guy 63-35 and he messages me after the game telling me im the biggest hes ever played. i think this is on account of my new policy that i'm not going to run trick plays unless you do it first, then im going to do it better than you and for touchdowns. he started goin for 2 and onsiding so i did it back and actually got the ball back when he never could. told him to hit up practice mode and stop crying about me breaking his winstreak.
Got the game and ps3 on Sunday, and played 4 games since. Went 3-1.
I think the game is alright except the defense is absolutely awful. This game reminds me more of the old school 2K games where you can just randomly sling the ball around and come up with touchdowns. Playing on ps2, you could never make a mistake playing on hardcore. The defensive AI was so good that you would have to make a perfect pass to thread the needle. This game is completely the opposite.
Still, pretty fun except the games are too long.
