Old news
But yeah a terrible pass rush, a 2nd year player playing corner on one side, and a rookie playing corner on the other side. Gonna be an awesome pass defense!
Fortunately they didn't trade their first round pick to another team
Raiders this year = 10-6
In their division I wouldn't be surprised.
You coulda trolled me about this yesterday when it was breaking news, but now I've settled down and have just accepted this as a rebuilding year and am OK with Butler and McCourty getting tons of experience for next year when they actually have a chance.
let me know when tom brady isn't throwing to randy moss....until then, the pats are taking the division again.
Pats should be glad they traded Seymour. They weren't going to contend regardless, and now have a first round pick out of him.
Idk if you're trying to troll or not but I agree. That move ed them over royally in the short term since it's pretty apparent now that 3-4 defenses need a NT and a DE who draw double teams. For all the talk of Polamalu's injury, no one realizes how much Aaron Smith's injury hurt the Steelers last year.
If they get Marcell Dareus with one of their picks I'll be happy since he has potential to be even better than Seymour.
gg NFL
rememba det one time like every CB on the Patriots roster got put on IR and dat Troy Brown played corner and da Pats won det Super Bowl thing?
Yeah that won't happen this time.
What? A Patriots player in the secondary is injured? This has never happened before!
Moss is no Troy Brown. That's for sure.
I still think they're gonna win their division and be better than last year, but this probably puts all the superbowl hopes to rest.
A year from now though, when Jonathan Baldwin is winning offensive rookie of the year opposite Moss after he decides to take a discount and resign, and Marcell Dareus is the final piece they need on a defense that gels perfectly, 19 and 0 es![]()
Wes Welker will win DPOY and catch 170 passes, imho.
are you counting on AJ Green staying, tbh?
Na, I'm counting on whatever team taking him ahead of Baldwin having at QB. I agree though Green > Baldwin.
Imo, maybe the Raiders will be better this year and their pick will be lower in the 1st round and pat fans can jerk off over the size of Baldwin's hands.
If we're on that topic, I'll go ahead and say that if New England happens to get AJ Green/Julio Jones/Jonathan Baldwin/Michael Floyd, all 4 of them are better than Dez Bryant
Julio Jones needs to pull his head out of his ass cuz I thought he was gonna be an unstoppable beast.
He is an unstoppable beast, they just don't throw him the ball because Mark Ingram is a more unstoppable beast.
