I won't believe Francour will do shut until he actually does it. As good as the Rangers have been at picking up free agents in the offseason they've been horrible in trades. Guzman is a giant pussy who should have turned down the trade since he obviously doesn't want to be here, and Cantu (who had an RBI in 10 straight games to start the season) can't hit for .
Cliff Lee is the big issue. The problem with him is thy he has zero margin for error. When he misses on a pitch he leaves it fat on the plate and it gets hammered. I don't know if he's fatigued from throwing so many innings and playoff innings over the last couple years, but it's apparent to me he really doesn't want to be a Ranger and that IMO is affecting his game too. I'd call up Holland or another pitcher to get the start in his spot next time and give him 10 days rest to regroup, we have the lead to do it.
