No, being traded for Allen Iverson and having him quit on the team while wearing the 2004 Finals MVP's number was cold. This is expected and here's why.
Why is the logo honoring Chuck Daly still on the uniform? I understand that this is the Pistons best coach and he died of a terrible disease. For a year, a full season since he died the previous May, to honor him is a good thing. Making it a permanent fixture on the uniform when his name is already on the floor and in the rafters and no one else has a permanent place on Pistons uniforms (except Bill Davidson) is ridiculous. He was one man in an organization of thousands.
