Officially he's only ever been a coach there. He's never been a scout and was likely there this year representing ESPN. By the way, it's Adidas now, not Reebok.
He is one of the founders of the camp.

Okay. Spanoulis is the best pick and roll guard in the world who is a total failure in the NBA.

Spanoulis is the best pick and roll guard in the world who is a total failure in the NBA because of Jeff van Gundy.

Please, no way is V-Span better than Chris Paul or Steve Nash in the pick-n-roll. Fran's opinion isn't gospel and I'm sure plenty of people would disagree with him.

, if only the moves in basketball were pick and rolls, Spanoulis "the best pick and roll guard" would own everyone.

    Ridiculous!

By the way KBP, when I said that Serbia v. Croatia would have been one of the best matchups of the first elimination round with Serbia as slight favorite you laughed it of, saying Serbia would roll. Clearly you were wrong. 1-0!

No, this is what you said! While I predicted a close game. 1-0 me, and tonight with Spain whooping Greece it goes 2-0 me!

Wrong. Serbia will easily beat Croatia.

In the most important game of the tournament:

    Billy:
    3 assists
    4 turnovers

    Ricky:
    6 assists
    1 turnover

He scored well at the end, but I felt that especially in the second quarter Rubio had his way with him. He got wherever he wanted, made the Spanish team move well, and set a nice tempo to the game. After this game KBP truly has run out of arguments to bash Rubio.

    By the way, 2-0 KBP!

No he didn't.He played like complete while the game was in the line.He just scored 6 meaningless points at the end.

LOL KBP.Spanoulis isn't even the best pick and roll player in his own team.
    LOL combo guard
    LOL only scorer
    LOL ball hogger
LOL turnover machine especially when he passes in pick n roll situations.

KBP is gonna go ape when I say this but honestly Spanoulis' best position is not at point. He doesn't have good vision, and yes, is a bit of a ball hogger. I still think he is a good scorer and did put his heart on the game, but he isn't close to being the "best player" even in Greece.

Even though Ricky missed some layups which he has to work on in the future, it's easy to tell for anyone that plays and watches bball regularly how much better he is at running a team compared to Spanoulis. He makes things look easy, gets wherever he wants to on the court, and is always looking for the best pass. I felt he had played a bit too tentatively at times in the group phase but it probably was him just saving his energy. He was quite good today.

Spanoulis is a turnover machine. He's a SG, in a PG body. Good for Europe, and that's it.

Ricky Rubio is clearly a much better PG and player than Vaginis Spanoodles.
