I finally watched Valkyrie last night. The Bluray was on sale, so I bought it. It was a pleasant surprise considering I haven't liked any other Tom Cruise movies since 1995. I liked all his movies 1994 and earlier. just not the later work.

Ever see Collateral? Probably the only movie I like Tom Cruise in, aside from Tropic Thunder.

I can't grasp some of the idiocy in this thread. How could someone have anything against Kurt Russell, Jeff Bridges, or Sigourney Weaver? I don't really have biases against any actor unless their movies suck (cough Sandler cough) but I could understand some annoying or unfunny people or someone whose politics bothers you but some of the random ordinary actors thrown out here is baffling. Even Sandler if I hear good things about a movie he is in like Punch Drunk Love or Reign over Me I'll give it fair unbiased shot.

And the guy who said he didn't like Denzel Washington is re ed. Although he needs to stay away from all those Topny Scott movies. That guy has some of the most annoying, needlessly flashy "look at me" cinematography in show business. I mean blur effects and camera shakiness in a random non-important kitchen conversation between two people kind of annoyingness.
