I didn't really care, it was just funny how the commentators were overreacting

big 3 by Serbia, the guy basically pump fakes in the air, and I think gets partially blocked by Rudy and it still goes in

    Spain answers with a 3; 89 to 87

Great game. Serbia's youth is awesome.
Even if there are some great teams in Europe like Turkey, Spain or Greece, the true heart of European basketball is in Yougoslavia and Lithuania.

2 great games in a row. Milos I'm sure can do whatever -- and whomever -- the he wants for the rest of his life in Serbia, I imagine . . .

I'm rooting for Euopean teams because it will make the qualification for the 2012 Olympic games less hard for FNT. Turkey seems to be the team with the biggest shot at beating USA, I hope they will be able to do so.

agree. if this Serbian team stays focused they will be a big fish at the 2012 Olympics and for years to come. they especially have a huge pool of young big men, that goes far beyond what we see at this WC and who already are or could develop into quality player. (Raduljica, Marjanovic, Musli - just to name some)

The Lithuania/Argentina game confirmed that the 6.25m FIBA three point line is a joke.
It's great that they push him back to 6.75m but I fear it won't be enough.

Someone other than KD will have to show up for the Americans or they'll have big problems with Lithuania.

Lithuania and Serbia are improving a lot when it comes to basketball, especially Serbia. In a few years, their youth olympic team members who won gold are probably going to be part of their national team on a yearly basis.

Spain. They have a so crappy at ude.
I also hate how they are now stealing young players from other countries to put them in their youth NT.

USA at 11:00 am/central time and the Turkey game immediately follows it.
