that's it?! weak. and at least these visitors got a bit of a show, I was there last January and all I saw were those bas s sleeping. non-story really.
sons the media is going crazy with this calling it an "attack", but to me it looks like the lion is just bored and aggressively playing. Don't get me wrong I would have ran like a too, but if this lion was really wanting to attack then I think we all know he could have easily torn that guy in half in seconds.
also sons I may be a bit drunk tonight, but am I the only one who sees the female Lioness attempting to "stop" this fight? lolz

that lion didn't attack him at all. looked like either the lion was playing or just trying to alpha male the dude. it wasn't until that guy grabbed that canister or whatever and bashed the lion in the face that the lion appeared to be pissed.
if the lion really attacked him, that guy would be ing dead, not walking away completely unharmed.
That sucks, I was hoping he died, TBH..captivity is weak in this case..

seriously i think if you take out the lions teeths and claws, do u think the trainer stands a chance of a 1on1 fight with the lion?

I noticed, she was trying to bite his tail to pull him back, and when he hopped to the top she kind of rubbed against him.
and the Lion was eyeing the dude up near the beginning too.
The Lion's like a Cholo, and his Chola gf is "attempting" to stop the fight... but they never do.
So the lion's like... "WHAT YOU LOOKIN AT WHITEY".... and then he kicks him around a little bit... chola walks over to hold one hand... and then the cholo looks like the winner when the white boy runs away

I'm pretty sure if the lion wanted to eat him, he wouldn't have allowed the trainer to push him down on his side. Probably just trying to get his point across.

That's the same dude I saw smacking around the female lions when I went there last month
the lion was still looking for the dude "where the are my ribs little !"
and the lioness was embarrassed telling herself "this always do this to me!"

I was at MGM about a month and a half ago, and those dumbass trainers were just sitting around in the cage as if they were shooting the breeze. It seemed really weird for them to just be hanging around without training / feeding the animals. This is what happens when you make company with lions.
IMO that was just a cat being a cat. Lions that are bred and raised in captivity like that are more domesticated than people think, and that looked like nothing more than an animal that wanted to play. If that lion wanted to bite that guy's face off, it would've done it and there would've been no mistaking it.
