    Well, I would like to thank the Auburn fan for thinking of me. I will never forget the good times I had there. Those were some of the best years of my life...but I am in a new area now. Yes it is dry, and somewhat dusty in Lubbock, Texas, but the team that I have seen practice this spring and summer is full of energy that I am sure will spill over into the season. That being said, I am really looking forward the our game versus New Mexico University. I have nothing but praise for them because I too know they have poured their hearts and souls into their offseason workouts. Tech has lost to New Mexico in the past, and I will definitely do my best to make sure that our boys are ready come kickoff. Our boys will be driven by the blood they have shed during this hot Texas summer, and I applaud them 100 times over....


    But, when the dust settles, this game will only be another bump in the road for my raiders as they get ready to play some real compe ion. I hope that you get back to reality soon.

    Go red raiders! Guns up!
