Sad that the actual Persian didn't catch it initially...

pfft I knew it was misspelled, just didn't bother to be a grammar Nazi.
nope, you weren't. it's just someone too tempted to be another Sauffenberg, another forlorn attempt of course.

nice iron. same here. incubus and some deadmau5.
Fake Plastic Trees makes me wanna kill myself....great song though
I recommend for any early floyd fans a syb barret solo called "dark globe." IF your'e aware of the hx of pink floyd and the realy break up, that song will bring you to tears
"Same here"? You replied four months later.

And I don't really like Dead MOW 5. But I don't like det type of music in genrul.
You will see a very young Syd Barrett on gutiar, and if you py attention closely you can catch the point where John Lennonand yoko first meet as people as out of their minds in this crowd. Pure, unsdulterated floyd. Most people will be board out of their mind but if altered u'll feel like ur there.
damn i'm all kinds of d up now...
Haven't checked out Syd's solo stuff. Figured it wasn't worth much.
Don't get how Fake Plastic would make you want to kill yourself, though. Haven't listened to The Bends in a while now.
it's a thoroughly depressing anthem about time, materialism and loneliness...at least imo
syds's solo work was largely nonsensical and hard to listen to, but "Dark Globe" is so tear-jerkingly tragic b/c he realizes he's lost his sanity but at the same time is begging for once last chance for a lifeline to pull him back, albeity futile. Just a short 2 minute confession and acceptance that his mind is gone
That song or No Surprises should be good
