http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/ba...eing_melo.html?The Knicks conceivably can trade a player for a first-round pick, and there is some interest around the league for Anthony Randolph, the third-year forward who came to New York in the David Lee sign-and-trade with Golden State. According to a source, the Rockets would consider trading a first-round pick for Randolph.
Walsh and Mike D'Antoni can't say enough good things about the 6-11 Randolph, so much so that it appears as if they are trying to increase the versatile player's trade value via the media
Wait, so "Here NY, take your first rounder back and give us Randolph???"![]()
Wait, so you'd be unhappy with trading an unknown valued 1st or two (likely late lottery/mid-round) for Randolph? He's one of the better young prospects in the League. Wish the Suns had an excess of 1sts to take advantage of something like that.

At first i was, but then i look at it like, NY gave us their picks, and in the process ed their chances of getting melo, so giving us Randolph while keeping the other pick is ideal
1 first rounder for randolph who was a lottery pick? and he has grown to 7ft since then. even Lamar Odom admitted that Randolph is a better version of himself.
If the rockets want him, try start with knicks 2011 pick+ 2012 pick + houston's own first round pick.
along with randolph the rockets will also acquire a bag of intelligent randolph fans, who will probably knead a rocket krew.
this is re ed; morey has even have plans for LeBron in his back pocket. beat writers reporting Morey having interest in xyz player is totally stupid
