Didn't know how big an impact Mchale had on his game

He saids he's at 100 % now. Seems like he's back to his normal weight. And the doctors were very impressed with his knee

He seems to have nice work ethic. And wants to get better to the point of being an All time great.

" So why not work on your game? Why not become the best player you can be? Why not be the one that when you retire from the Nba, people talk about you and use you as an example.? That's my Goal, When I leave this league I want to be remembered"/

Heard he played 76 games coming off the Acl surgery that looks like a Good sign.

He said he was only about 80% at the end of last season but he's back to 100% now.

But I guess we'll wait for the season

One thing I never knew is that Jefferson has actually been in the playoffs before

So how's this going to work,Jefferson at the 4 and Okur at the 5. Who will protect the paint? Jefferson isnt exactly known for his D...but then neither was Boozer...

Well Al Jefferson is gonna be forced to improve his defense under Jerry Sloan and fast. I think it's a positive that a season ago he averaged close to two blocks a game. It's sounds like he's willing to put in the work to get better and has already acknowledged his weakness defensively. Which is a good sign since Booze never once acknowledge his weakness on defense when he was a part of the Jazz.

Until Okur gets back healthy it'll most likely be Millsap at the 4 and Jefferson at the 5. Which is good in a lot of ways because Millsap and Jefferson are way more compatible then Millsap and Boozer were. Booze and Sap never worked well together on the floor because they played the same offensively. However with Jefferson being a low Post scorer Millsap will get his opportunities.

Defensively I like Jefferson guarding four's much more then I like him guarding 5's but we're gonna have to see how this rotation goes when Okur actually gets back.

Well it better works out fast,or else i can see Deron bolting in 2years or whenever his contract is up. I still think the Jazz caught a major break with Jefferson, otherwise the departure of Boozer wouldve been a big blow.

My main concern is whether he'll stay healthy or not, Because I think he can actually make the push to me a MUCH Better player next season.

Deron leaving is the least of my worries right now.
