Everyone knows Ke$ha is annoying. I vote Rhianna because she's massively overhyped and has a huge following that thinks she actually has talent. I wish Chris Brown smacked her to death.
They all can be pretty in annoying individually, so I'm focusing more on a different type of annoying.
To me Bieber is the most annoying, considering what he is famous for and why he's popular. In other words, the reason for his success is the most annoying to me. He's a in enormous tool and dresses like a complete pretentious /tool, looks very feminine, and sings like a complete and tool...yet the girls love him(and please don't be mislead for those that may be gay, I'm not a phobe or anything). Despite the girls being young and stupid and everything, please...is bieber that cool? Really? Pay attention to any detail and you see how pathetic bieber is. Cottdamn.

Never seen or heard Kesha so I can't vote for her. Miley and the Jonas' actually entertained me a little at their show so they get a pass. Rihanna is pretty annoying but she redeemed herself a little to me with that hilarious SNL skit with Andy Samberg. So it's gotta be Bieber

Beiber is the most annoying in that he is the biggest wigger, thinks he's an actual artist and not a pawn for making money, and his "fans" are thinking with their cute lesbian tendencies and not their brains.
But I chose Rihanna cuz she's made herself in a martyr and acts like an authority on and sings the same way on every damn song she releases. She could fart into the mic and make a beat out of it, and sing over it and people would buy it. I don't know why. >.>

I think a lot of people are routinely voting for Bieber because they haven't heard a Kesha song (or most likely just don't know it was her). Seriously, as much as I can't stand that little got, when I hear kesha "sing" I want to go to L.A. or wherever she is, hunt her down, and strangle the life out of her
