George Hill and DeJuan Blair aim to be NBA's version of "Rob and Big." I'm so old and out of touch, I have no idea what that means. #spurs
crap just got home... any way there we can rewatch this later?

Blair says he and Hill a "double team." They do everything together. Tried to double up on post-scrimmage interviews, but cooler heads won.
Spurs.com will have it up later.
Neal joke in 3...2...1...anyone?
The bandwidth must have been about 500 Kbits/sec, maybe lower.
I get much better quality streaming games from my Sling box with my 1000 Kbits/sec cable upload.
There's a stat line somewhere?
thanks for the info!

BTW, in case you were waiting for a final: Black rallied to beat Silver 71-63. Hill leads way with 20 pts. Blair has 15-9. Take that Silver!
I see you are a master of the English language.

Was it just TP that did not play after the 3rd? Did Tim and Manu play?
There were 2 wireless routers at the scrimmage. At&T wireless and Media. With all the iPhones, smartphones in the AT&T Center, I wonder if the folks doing the internet streaming were trying to use the same media network.
Anyways, George Hill looked extremely quick. He beat TP a couple of times off the dribble. All of the guards looked decent today, including Jerrells. TP, Ginobili, Temple, Hill, Neal, Penney, Jerrells were the backcourt guys. TP, Hill and Jerrells got most of the PG reps. Temple and Neal had a couple of trips at the 1. Penney showed a nice v-cut to get his shot off a couple of times. Nice stroke. He also did a saavy foul with his rear-end without getting called on Alonzo Gee...disrupting a sure baseline layup by Gee after getting beaten.
Anderson, Gee, Jefferson, Simmons played the 3. I think Penney did a couple of possesions, also. Jefferson was missing from the outside. His D was so-so. Gee made a nice steal and made a couple of plays. Good rebounding effort by Alonzo. Anderson has a very nice shooting form but he wasn't overly active without the ball. He looked a bit measured and less quick than he did in college.
Gist looked good defensively except for 2 consecutive plays where he gambled, going for the steal. Blair got an easy one on him when Gist overplayed the entry pass. He also stole a couple, though. Gist hedged hard on high screens. James played 4 exclusively and could have had a lot more points if he could finish on the inside. He missed a bunch of shots at the rim. Bonner had very active hands today, slapping several balls away, including a couple of George Hill drives. He missed several shots early but finally made a couple as the game progressed.
Timmy looked great although he wasn't dominant inside like he has been in the past. Blair was everywhere and he made three floaters today. He and Hill looked the best of all the Spurs.
Believe it or not we were plugged in and not going off wireless.
Thanks for the recap Solid D
Any comments on Gee defense?
Gist has to go to the rim more n more, that's his best effort.
here's some pics i took lol
in77 took some quality pics tho.. he'll upload them soon..
