has won at least one championship in three consecutive decades?

'cause Tim has '99 and then obiously the other three. IF he wins one this season in '11, would he be the only player to accomplish that feat?

Great question looked up Kareeem and Russell and with all their championships both did it in two decades but the answer is the "memorable" John Salley who did it with three different teams - Pistons, Bulls Lakers from 88-2000 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Salley

What a bandwagoning punk-ass Salley became.

I read an online quote of his just recently. It seems that he's got some kind of book out with some bizarre stories from his NBA career. In one particular tale, he described how he was traded to Toronto, late in his career, along with B.J. Armstrong. At that time, Toronto was in its inagural season, and Isiah Thomas was the G.M. Salley, who played with Thomas in Detroit, was less-than-thrilled about the prospect of playing for a young, new, losing franchise. Thomas picked him up at the airport and drove he and B.J. around the city. Thomas took the opportunity to try and sell them both on the idea, by telling them both, "you guys will rule this city." B.J. didn't buy it and was able to convince Thomas to ship him out, shortly thereafter. However, Salley bought into Thomas' sell job and stayed.

Salley went on to say that Alvin Robertson was clearly the toughest, most-feared mofo teammate he's ever played with. He claims, "dude was crazy. He got himself arrested the night before a game, because he picked up a hooker, beat her up, and kicked her out of his room because he refused to pay her. He made bail and played the following game."

What a bandwagoning punk-ass Salley became.
Especially considering how he played such a crucial role on every one of those teams.
