these techs are out of control

Simmons is more of a small ball 4. So Id prob expect him to play when the matchup is right. I don't think pop played Simmons once at the 3 position tonight. He actually plays the 4 pretty well (guards opposing bigs well, rebounds well), but can't guard the 3s for .
Parker Alley Oop Layup shot: Made (17 PTS) Assist: Blair (2 AST)
Isn't it supposed to be the other way around?![]()
That's what I was thinking. It's just another method for stern to control the outcome of the games.![]()
this is true.
green's performance tonight highlights the flaws of smallball
I don't want him playing the 4. I rather play tall ball, with Blair/Splitter/Dice at the 4.
This micro-ball thing is painful...the current line-up is topping out at 6'8"?
No . Seeing as that probably won't happen, he isn't the worst choice at the small ball 4 positon, unlike for example, RJ last season who had absolutely no idea how to play that position.
neal will hit another game winner.... book it![]()
I agree that these technicals do nothing but try to patch a bad tire.
It's hard to expect these players to play like robots out there, and it's also hard to make a black and white ruling of what is a "reaction". The refs can't (and won't) call it all the time, but only calling it when they feel like it brings up a bigger problem than complaining...it brings up inconsistency.
But heaven forbid anybody question Stern's product. They have a website to look at, after all.
The Thunder have the best "small ball" lineup in the league.
I hope the Spurs are able to hold most teams under 100. Going to be tough. Have to get a handle on the 3 PT defense and FT's allowed.
We're officially a turnover machine
That's why you don't try to beat them at their game...
3 straight turnovers in the last few minutes of the fourth.
it would be funny to hold the heat to under 75 points
Temple with another appearance worthy of the Toros...
we are? who turned the ball over these last times?
Confirmed. 3 possessions - 3 turnovers.
Spurs won Lawler's Law. Let's see how it works out.
Neal/Temple/Anderson/RJ/Blair...they can't be that familiar with each other...the rash of turnover isn't too surprising
........................I know.
Jefferson
Blair
Temple
