Don't drink and don't smoke. No matter what anyone tells you it will all make you feel worse. The absolute best thing you can do is workout and treat yourself well. Use all that energy and pain and turn it into some productive so that when you are ready to head back out there you will be in your top shape. Even if you don't want to be with anyone else the natural endorphins will pull you out of this sooner than alcohol will.

Also, don't talk to her, you will regret it. What she did was wrong. Leaving you sucked but is ok compared to the fact that she didn't even give you a reason for leaving. That is complete bull and shows just how weak of a person she is. Women and people like that deserved to be on then forgotten.
