your finest hour
and how he's a ty ass coach?
You scoffed and said "whatever, he was OC of the greatest offensive team ever!!!"
I told you he called horrible plays and the Patriots offensive broke records in spite of him, not because of him.
You scoffed and said "whatever you're just a bitter butthurt patriots fan!"
I told you to stick it up your ass.
You scoffed and said "How about now! 5-0 es! Beat the Patriots es!"
I told you to get back to me at the end of the season.
You scoffed and said "Either way, this team is making progress"
I told you to get back to me a few weeks into the next season.
And here we are. I was right, per the usual. You were wrong, per the usual.

lol getting rid of scheffler and marshall and drafting teblow
mono, with the goods
Trades up for Alphonso and then bails on him after his rookie season.
And thanks for Scheffler. Can't block for but he sure can catch the ball.
Well, I never thought he was the answer. I didn't like the way they got rid of Shanahan when the team was finally starting to show promise, for someone with no head coaching experience. The feeling only got worse when he started shipping out our best players for his handpicked garbage. The sad part is that we will be paying for his mistakes long after Bowlen fires him next season.
DET has two solid TE's
In Shanahan's last year in Denver, they fielded one of the worst defenses in NFL history and had an offense that couldn't score for .
What the are you talking about? They had no problem scoring, but couldn't stop anyone. Go back and check the stats. That team averaged over 24 ppg.
Neat. They were 16th in scoring. Tremendous. If you break that down and look at red zone scoring, they were even worse. Problem was, they had the 30th ranked defense, one that set records for being so damned atrocious. Combine those and Shanahan's love affair with Bob Slowik and the writing was on the wall.
24ppg - how many of those were points needed when the game was on the line?
All-time worse defenses. Not even last in NFL.
Stats don't mean jack as evidenced by the Cowboys and Chargers this season
Tell me they weren't absolutely brutal to watch that year. And this is coming from a Broncos fan of 25+ years. It was an abortion on a weekly basis.
