Should be a good test. Division games are important and the Hornets are off to a nice start. Spurs fans get to see RJ vs Ariza as well. Lets hope RJ throttles Ariza and puts the pressure on him.
Spurs really have to rebound and defend the 3 PT line. They must limit turnovers. If they do all of those, I like our chances. CP3 is going to get his. Make him score (even though he is really good at it) and lock everyone else up.
West is usually a thorn in the Spurs side, so Blair must be ready. If not, Pop has got to be ready to go to Dice on him.
I think West will be an extremely difficult cover for Blair. I would think it's very hard for him to match up with a jump shooting big man.
Blair has to walk the fine line between being very physical with West while at the same time not fouling him and putting him on the line (excellent FT shooter). It will be tough, and honestly I am not expecting much, but Blair has so much talent and energy that I am not counting him out.
I agree though, tough and pivotal match up for Blair.
Yep. Given that Blair is a high-energy guy with a lot of enthusiasm, channeling all that appropriately and productively will be very difficult (Maybe that explains the Pacers' game?).
It will be fun (and very interesting) to watch, though. Can't wait.
I have the dish network and live in SA. I'm heading out, but I want to tape the game.
Does anyone know which channel it's going to be on?
Here's a link to the Spurs schedule http://www.nba.com/spurs/schedule/
Its on CW35 HD according to that.

Damn, that was another game made for Tiago, he's lenger n faster than Blair and a better defendo on West
Maybe Pop will jump the gun and play him...yeah, wishful thinking...
They're finally doing a blackout.
Unfortunately, I think it has to do with better disguising empty seats.![]()
NBA League pass broadband is still in its free preview, correct?
Yes! Until the 1st Nov...
Hornets will have no problem playing the run game with the Spurs. But will they be able to sting back?
son we will hang.
- King Paul is healthy and balling his ass off as usual
- David West is playing on both sides of the floor now because this is his contract year
- Belinelli and Ariza are fitting in perfectly and are legit wingmen ... something we haven't had in years
- our bench is solid and the best since the Charlotte days
Sons BRHornet45 is in tha house!
Your boys seem to be playing well so far this season.
Should be a good test. Hopefully Blair bounces back and hopefully the D shows up.
son its only been 2 games, but I like what I am seeing. the new coach is mixing up the rotations well and I am quickly becoming a fanboy for Belinelli. In recent years we only had 2 players who could create their own shots (King Paul and West), now we have Belinelli, Ariza, and Marcus Thornton who are all legit.

Tim Duncan said he was hoping Parker contract talks had lingered longer: “That way I could mess with him. Now, I can’t do that.” #spurs

There is ESPN. There is Internet. There is Twitter. There is telegraph. And yet, Tim Duncan hadn't heard of TP's extension until just now.

And don't forget the ghost of Peja Stojakovic keeping the bench warm for other players. 10 minutes a game is win win for the Hornets.
Spurs call on LP! First time I get Sean.![]()
How long till the game starts?
~7 minutes
I hate league pass so much. ing video artifacts all over the screen. I'm glad they allowed me this opportunity to test their piece of service.
sons we have a lot of honkies on the team this year. I hope that doesn't bite us in the ass ;(
