No. I was commenting on how my hours were increasing because they were not hiring more workers, but our production increased.
I work a minimum 40 hours. Never less except for holiday and vacation time. The last few months I have been working a minimum 46 hr. week. Last week was 52 hrs.

Yes, I hardly work, but work hard when I do. I sit around watching DVD's while waiting for a trouble call. Other than that, I do a PM (preventative maintenance) on one piece of equipment that takes about an hour. When I work overtime, it's because more equipment needs PM's than we have the manpower for, or a special project I was put on back in August. And yes, I actually bust my ass the.

No, I work about 8-10 hours on a normal 40 hr week if there is no equipment downtime. Any extra hours is all actual work.
