I wanted to give the guy 1 month or so...

but this Miami offense is LOADED with firepower and yet the offense looks like . Especially the half-court offense.....which should not be the case with Wade, Bosh, and LeBron on the team.

The Hornets took away the Heat's transition game. They abandoned offensive rebound attempts for the most part, and just made sure they were back on D.

I hate to say it, but it doesn't look good for Spoelstra.

yeah, the Heat D is great, but the offense looks putrid and I think he is in way over his head on this.

It's going to have to be Pat Riley.

Your main problem is that Anthony is probably the worst starting center in the game and combining him with Arroyo in the starting lineup gives you zero shooting to open the game.

Chalmers is a better defender, passer, and 3 pt shooter than Arroyo is but Spo doesn't play him enough minutes.

If by December, this offense still looks like , people will start calling for Spo's head.

if riles had any balls he would have stepped in as soon as he found out about the big three forming in Miami. But now he's got a puppet and whipping boy to take all the heat for loseing. We just got to play the waiting game now you know it is inevitable that spoelstra is gonna get fired.

Kinda sad seein' Heaty acting all girlish & vulnerable. Difficult to accept. It was better when he was being assholish & superior.

That's what everyone is waiting for.

Probably won't be this year, as it's looking pretty obvious that they have zero shot at ringing with that front line.

When your point differential is around +16, you don't have many problems....

You have to take into consideration that MIA plays at a slow pace. One of the slowest. But they are one of the most efficient offensive teams.

Everyone was expecting the globetrotters, but you should have known they are a defensive team.

Their offense if fine. Their defense is great. Tops in the league.

aye...say Heat fans I have a series of comments in succession....see below:

now is the time to panic...

Next time you'll listen to daddy won't you...

but this Miami offense is Loaded with firepower...

Riley don't have the balls to fire the Manchurian NBA head coach

Wade trying like to show Lebun's he da man

Lebun's in return looks like he's about to find out what playing with another ball dominant player is like... ( remember Shaq and Kobe)

Bosh is turning out to be the ing pussy of the century...and I love it....

If you look closer Udonis Haslem is Sam Cassell lite in the looks dept.

your ing point guard position is septic ....

    Yes...The Sky Is Falling...

Spoelstra will finish this season. Miami is not in a "win now" mode as several other teams are. If they dump him, who takes his place? If it's Riley, that means even more villification for the Heat; see Stan Van Gundy, 2006. He should at least get a free ride the first year. After that, the Heat could look at folks like Doc Rivers to join them.

the heat get in trouble right now if they do not make the three
also bosh is trying to fit in yet

the half court is the hardest to run
they also have several new players

if they run they are good
but playoffs they will need to run a half court

if heat went to bosh in half court they would be ok

    bosh is used to that

    I agree with that ducks.

The Heat should try to run their halfcourt offense more through Bosh in the high post instead of running iso plays for LeBron or Wade. Those two can get their shots anytime they want. If they run the offense through Bosh more, it might open things up, balance out the spacing better, and should get Bosh going more in rhythm earlier on in the game. Doesn't have to exclusively go through Bosh, but it makes sense to at least give those types of sets more looks in the halfcourt.

would make sense if Bosh wasnt playing like such a . No way he should ever get less than 10 reb a game with that team. If Bosh's balls don't drop, there's no way the Heat beat Boston.

Chris Bosh being a when it comes to rebounding doesn't mean he shouldn't get more primary touches on offense. Sure he's soft, but I think he really could help.

As far as the Heat not having pure shooters, they have been fine. James Jones has been shooting lights out and Eddie House has been dependable. As a team they are shooting 42% from three point range. They've covered pretty well for Mike Miller's absence. They'll have off nights, but shooting hasn't been a huge problem so far.

with the way the heat shoot, he should be averaging 10 o-rebs per game. bosh is like charmin minus the fantastic 2-ply strength
