I keep seeing guys say Choo Choo when they are referring to Gary Neal. I know it has something to do with his rape accusation, but what the does it mean exactly?

The case went to the DA and the case was not pursued due to insufficient evidence. What puzzles me is why a fan of the Spurs would diss their own player. Kobe's case did not even go before a DA and you don't see Laker fans refer to him as rapist.

The way that the Lakers fans support a rapist just sickens me.
Neal is an alleged rapist so I will NOT support him.
I cannot and will not support him as a spurs fan...I feel we are better than that.

I know that the cases are different and Kobe actually PAID his way out of this-but still...as long as Neal is not officially ...innocent....then I cannot support him.

So if you are accused of rape, and the charges are not pursued because the evidence does not support the accusation, people should still treat you as a pariah because you were not proven to be innocent....
That's not how the system is set up. And there would be no effective way to actively prove a person's innocence.

I don't believe for a second the Spurs would go out and sign someone they believe to be a rapist all for the sake of winning 2 or 3 more games this season.
