Celtics on a back-2-back so they'll be tired IMO. You never know with Dallas though, I wont be surprised if they lose by 20 or win by 20. Thats what happens when you're a jumpshooting team, too inconsistent. I think it'll be a close one though

I couldn't root for the Celtics when they opened at the Heat...don't know if I can do it against the Mavs. I would say Dallas pulls out a close one.
mavs havent done anything bad to us...so i cant hate them...they're so lovable. They're like the "little engine that could"...cant root against em in this case.
I want the Celtics to end up with home court in the East. I don't want the Heat anywhere near an NBA le. It would hurt me no end to see the Celtics triumph over us, but, it'd be untenable if the Heat did it. I want those s denied.

I want the Celtics to win, but I hope Caron Butler and Kevin Garnett get into a "fight". We all know KG can't fight.
Fair enough. I personally want to see us beat the Heat. But, at this point I don't care who makes it as long as the Lakers are there to take 'em on.

But, in a real sense, if it got to that point (Heat Vs. Lakers) the Heat woulda had to do some bad ass to get to there. I wouldn't want to with them at that point. With Boston, we know what to expect, the matchups are clean, especially if Wallace remains retired & Perkins is hobbled.
I don't trust Miami with Stern getting out of our bed & hopping into their's.

I think we match up better with the Heat. If the Heat do get to the Finals it will be because they neutralize Rondo and the Cs can't stop the penetration. But in 7 games I think our chances against the Heat are better cuz we're a post team and it will limit their fast break opportunities.
And I think our bigs will get hurt guarding Shaq. Big fat clumsy Finals-contact Shaq.
I wonder what kinda D the Mavs will play on Rondo. He's been great so far.
I don't know why more teams don't play the "Give Rondo the shot" defense.
How hard is it to develop a shot though? When they go over the Finals game footage, doesn't anybody mention to him that Kobe is like 6 feet away from him and maybe he should shoot more in practice?
Yep, Daddy is our achilles heel if it comes to that. He knows how to play Gasol and especially Bynum. Daddy plays the dolt, but, it's all an act.

It's pretty crazy how basically anyone in the league who tries to punk Dirk and intimidate him, he will always back down and take the punking......but when Garnett tries to do it, Dirk laughs in his face and drops 35 on his ass. More proof that nobody in the league respects or fears KG.
