watched the show. hopefully it gets better and what i mean by that is dont make the whole hour about "well nbc screwed me so allow me to make the whole existence of this show about it, even though i have a lower budget to work on and get paid less. poor me! even though i got 40 million to get a better job."
actually when you think about it the tonight show was unwatchable, and boring until he started whining about nbc so i guess if something works stick to it.

He's normally funny, but was just killing last night. The more relaxed cable program seems to appeal to his guests.

The Standards & Practices meeting was a great bit.
