effing Jazz
lucking in on Deron Williams
Seeing as we've always been a horrible road team I'm not suprised we give up big leads. But this team has heart unlike last years team to fight back.
good win, doing well this season even though Al Jefferson hasn't reached his true potential.
Everyone steps up when they need to. Jefferson was big for us in the first half. And made clutch offensive rebounds down the stretch
haters gonna hate
losers gonna lose

The Jazz got my attention. I give them props...until they play the Lakers.
The only thing they are missing is a perimeter defensive stopper. AK-47 and Raja are good defenders but not as good as they used to be. They definitely cannot do it for 40+ mpg. That will be their Achilles's Heel. Reason? Probably 85% of the top scorers in the league are perimeter players. That means players like Kobe, Melo, KD, LeHype, and DWhistle will do major damage to them. They would then have to hope that one of these dudes are having an off night - and depend on a front court player to have a career night.
Teams with a tough front line will give them problems too. Not Miami Hype type colossal problems, but problems nonetheless. I still thought it was huge to see AJ on D12 down the stretch. D12 is all they have so they were able to overcome the Magic. They won't have such luck against the champs though.
I am impressed with them though.
These road wins will start to add up for Jazz. They've erased the bad home loss against the Suns.
The only concern I have with them is the lack of depth after the big 4. D-Will, AK47, Millsap, and Jefferson are strong, but they need other guys to step up regularly. Tonight, Miles did a better job, but the Jazz will need more guys to be reliable otherwise the big 4 will start to wear down as the season progresses.
Utah playing some damn good ball right now
Yeah I like Utah. Deron and Milsap, two great players
The Jazz look pretty good right now, the only beef I have is, if they would have gotten down against some tougher teams like the Lakers, Thunder, Celtics, etc. instead of weak overrated teams like the Heat, Magic, and Hawks...would the Jazz have been able to pull out these wins?
I thought milsap was the real star? LOL
Dwill was the common demonator on these wins ...though it was definitely a team effort with the eCEPTION being Milsaps star turn in miami ...
Dwill is what I thought he was at the very least a top 2 PG and MAYBE the best ...Last few years it was Williams for me, this year paul has me re-considering.But I will make my call later this year for now it's Dwill with an asterisk*
I think CP3 is more of a true PG while D-Will has alot of SG in him. Both are great players, but very different in style of play.
Hornet fans shouldn't care whether CP3 or D-Will is the best PG. The only thing that matters is how good the Hornets are. D-Will has had to do alot more for his team than CP3 so far. CP3 has played better up to this point basically by making very few mistakes. Hornets have pretty much controlled every game from start to finish with the exception of the Rockets game and alot of it has to do with CP3 controlling the game and the overall team defense.
Agreed.
Eventually, one has to wonder if all this "getting into a hole early" nonsense'll eventually start bitin' 'em in the ass.
The 2010 Jazz are reminding me a little of the 02-03 Pistons... Lots of comebacks and OT wins...
Respect. Though I won't say he's more of an sg But he's versatile that at points of the game he'll be put at the SG and play off the ball.
So the Thunder are an elite team but the Magic are a weak overrated team?![]()
He's definitely a PG first, but has the tools to be an effective SG.
The Jazz went to OKC already and blew them out from start to finish. Jazz are as good as any team in the West outside of LA, but the depth will be a lingering question mark until Miles can show to be a consistent reliable producer and Okur comes back strong from his injury. If those two can produce consistently, the bench will be fine. Their starting 5 is really good, especially with AK47 playing well right now.
A clean & sober 78. Straight as an arrow.
You can still be your regular price self, duder. Your disposition has nary a bearing on the Hornet's win streak.
It's early Saturday morning. Worn out, man. Need time to recover.
if the Jazz can continue this on the road, they will be really tough come playoff time. The road has always been their Achilles Heel
