TMZ initially reported that the Desperate Housewives beauty and the San Antonio Spurs star are heading for splitsville, after Parker reportedly filed for divorce in Texas on Monday. Now, we're learning that may not be true.

As it always goes with celebrities, if they are ever photographed with a member of the opposite sex it's assumed that they are sleeping together. There was a string of those sorts of stories about Eva like 4 years ago, and one of guys was ol' Chad Unohuevo. It didn't hold water then and it's probably not the case now. I'm just joking around.
Their reps are probably denying it cuz they haven't formally announced it?

If true, from a Spurs fan perspective, this could be either good or bad. Good if he really focuses on the game to forget the pain. Bad if the pain overlaps. Maybe both.

Eh...until it is "officially" announced, everything is just BS.
If this is true and he filed in Texas, TMZ or any news outlet would be able to get a hold of the paperwork since it's public information.
I find it hard to believe they would start that headline without some evidence, but I guess that's what gossip mags do. We'll just have to wait and see.
