Mavs @ Hornets game thread

Good game. Hornets have blowed a double digit lead in every game.

I knew the Hornets bench would let Dallas back in the game. No depth. It was a good hard fought win by the Hornets. No excuses. They won it straight up. But I think Dallas still has the better team when 100% healthy. Caron hurt more than he helped tonight. And it went as I predicted. A split. Hornets fans underestimated Mavs. Oh well. Its one loss. Glad its over. Tired of talking about NO Hornets. Nice comeback by the Spurs tonight. Or should I say nice disappearance of defense by the Bulls.

son it really is predictable in the NBA ... like I said the other night, they do everything in their power to make sure the home crowd goes home happy.

Please...you act like every single home team wins every night in the NBA. If you are a truly great team, you win on the road...end of story.

A road win in the 2nd regular season dont mean "son." I was thinking more along the lines of winning a clinching Game 7 on the road to clinch a series and go to the Western Conference Finals....ring any bells?

Hornets fans underestimated Mavs.

Not as much as Mavs fans underestimated the Hornets going into this two-game series.

I still want to know how Jason Smith got a technical...I was too busy talking shop with Shante during that timeframe.

he started yelling at a ref for letting Dallas inbound while he was tying his shoe. which by the way is perfectly legal, so he had no grounds for being upset.
