the arena was empty tonight... spurs have bad crowds all the time before the all-star break.. but this was bad
I think you called it. Spurs1990 is basing his "stats" on network television shows. He probably still thinks that all black kids are just kindhearted scamps that play music in junkyards and deliver moral lessons with their songs.

Cleavland without Lebron isn't going to attract much. The place was still pretty loud throughout despite some empty seats, and uninspiring opponent.
Damn, a real shame. There are probably 100,000 of us here in other countries who would gladly fill those seats, but the American economy is in a downward spiral weighed down by debt and people know it. Under those cir stances people tend to hold onto their cash.
Hopefully, it will make it easier for me to find playoff tickets next April...![]()
this is such a dumbass thread. were 13th in attendance and it would take years of dwindling at the bottom to be relocated.![]()
it will start picking up once football ends and the games start to have meaning.
add to the fact that the spurs are looking more and more like serious contenders, i would say it will start to fill up more...
• Maybe there are more Texas A&M and Baylor football fans among Spurs fans than I thought. But here’s something that left me scratching my head, considering typical attendance patterns and the Spurs’ quick start . You would have thought that a team playing its best basketball in more than two years playing on a Saturday night would have no trouble packing its arena. But not so for the Spurs, who attracted a season-low 16,982 fans to the game Saturday night.
After drawing sellouts for the first two games against Indiana and New Orleans, the Spurs failed to sell out in their next three games before drawing a capacity crowd against Chicago last Wednesday. Saturday night’s attendance was the first time the Spurs failed to attract at least 17,000.
But I would expect that to change Monday night when Dwight Howard and the Magic come to town. And if they don’t sell out for that game, there might be something tremendously significant in that trend. by Tim Griffin
If I live in SA I'll watch every spurs game
