Arsenal is really going through a rough stretch right now. It's alarming that they are not able to create anything against a mediocre (at best) Braga side. On top of that, just like everyone and their mum can get a goal against Arsenal.
The way they have been playing in the last couple of weeks, they won't be able to contend for any silverware this season once again.

Arsenal's play in the last few weeks really gives reason for concern, they have much more potential than they show at the moment. The funny (or maybe sad) thing is that they're still third in the Premier Leauge and would therefore qualify for the Champion League. But they have to watch out and start winning again, Man City and Tottenham are running up and play better football at the moment.

    Arsene Wenger is overrated, period

Back in the days, the duo of Bergkamp and Henry made him look good

Well, could have been worse. This time he really needs to fully heal before he comes back, though.

lol the mighty Man-U not beign able to beat Valencia at home, I thought all the Spanish team were crap outside of Barca and Madrid. How come the number one team of the supposed best league in the world can't beat a bush league team?

Meh, I'm not a United fan but who cares about this game? They had already qualified for the next round and just needed a draw in order to win their group.

valencia is a top4 side in la liga, even though they are trash atm due to the clubs debts and selling of players like villa and silva before the season, which got that qualified into CL, they have nothing to lose and much to gain in the tournament. Outside of barca n rmd, they are better then the rest in la liga with the current squad....they go as far david albelda can take them

the 2nd tier teams in la liga could be valencia, sevilla, ath madrid...the rest im not sure about, even dep la coruna has gone house for no reason when they once were very dangerous in CL...

i doubt manutd will win anything this season, theres just something wrong with the team not clicking atm...

They still played their starters and got outplayed by Valencia in the last 20 minutes of the game.

I'm just trying to say that maybe just maybe the lesser teams from Spain aren't as bad as most of you think, it's just that Madrid and specially Barcelona are really that good, when Barca or Real win a game by 3 or 4 goals you're all saying that "La Liga" is a joke and things like that, when the truth is that those two teams would probably dominate any other league in the World, just look at the way Madrid controlled both games against the Italian league leader, or how Barca did the same to Arsenal last season.

    lol bush league

No seriously, I wouldn't use a one game sample to come to that conclusion. Sevilla progressed to the knockout stage last year and was promptly slapped by Moscow. RM hasn't done recently in Europe.

Barca showed they could be controlled last year against Inter. I don't think there's any evidence to believe Barca and RM are heads and shoulders above any of the other elite teams in Europe, even though Barca is probably the best right now.

le: Why Barca is the best of all time

If you watched the game again and counted the number of times a Barca player gave a ball away or made a mistake, I doubt you'd find more than five mistakes. Barca was nearly perfect on the ball. Then look at the goals they scored. World-class goals, created by fantastic passes (or passing combinations). Then look at the number of goals --- 5 --- they scored against a world class Real Madrid side loaded with gifted, physical players. What other team has beaten such an opponent by so many goals in such perfect fashion? No one I know of. On top of this, Barca was nearly perfect defensively as well. Madrid rarely strung more than 2 passes together and rarely had the ball on Barca's half of the field. Madrid really struggled to do anything with the ball. And again, that is an excellent, star-studded Madrid team. I, for one, have no problem saying that that was the best performance I've ever seen.
I'm not going to get into this debate because I'm out of line, but I can say I agree with the bold. I've never seen a better performance myself.
