i don't think it's much to do with the alcohol as much as it is with the mixing of both alcohol and energy drink.
it makes me curious if bars are banned from serving red bull and vodkas. cuz that's just as bad as a 4loko
it's only because some dumbass college kids (probably ALVAREZ6 and z0sa) got so drunk on 4loko that they blacked out and got ass raped. as if drinking a load of any other alcoholic beverage wouldn't produce the same results.
Four Loko is ridiculously nasty and alters the taste of any alcohol you drink afterwards to some kind of janky Loko backwash mixture. It's best to just drink two Lokos and call it a day if you're going to drink it anyway.

yeah true, being so addicted to any substance that it controls your life is bad. but it's so re ed to think that shooting up heroin is better than drinking a beer or a 4loko even.
