I usually start to feel sorry for teams when they are on a bad streak... but damn Miami is just enjoyable to watch lose after all that summer hoopla and the party and crap promising this and that.

To the op I think it's kinda tough to say the Heat are going to continue to struggle and won't be able to turn it up in the playoffs.
It's still really early in the season and their on the east coast.

They play the Wizards, Nets, 76ers, Raptors , Knicks, Bucks, and Pacers 4 times a year.
Yeah I know the Pacers beat them the last meeting but I got feeling Miami might win a few of those upcoming matchups.

An as for the Spurs they are on fire.
    12 wins is 12 wins.
    There's no fluke in that.

To OP, yes it will eventually get boring, but never to the point where we feel sorry for them. After enough failure everyone will just kinda forget about them, that is when it will no longer be noteworthy (i.e. boring).

I can't find that rich satisfaction in their failings. They look so sad-sack.

I need them to succeed so I can then take pleasure in their ultimate failings. This is all ass backwards.

I'm ready though for the Spurs to find misery. Those dirty s.

They're not going to play like this forever. At some point they're going to start running off wins in bunches. So you might as well enjoy it while you can.

How can we be so sure of this? Wade and Lebron's games do NOT compliment each other imho. The Pacers game exposed a lot of their flaws tbh, the pacers made a consistent effort to clog the lane and take charges. And time after time again, Wade and Lebron would drive the lane and either throw up a wild layup or commit an offensive foul. Sure, you can say that is only one game but I don't see why every team that plays them that way won't get the same results. If Wade was a better shooter it would open things up for Lebron to drive, and vice versa. (Think of Allen and Pierce).

Personally, I expect them to improve greatly later on. But I've never been sold that they're going to dominate. As of right now I just don't think Spolestra is a championship caliber coach. Lebron/Wade's game don't compliment one another. Bosh plays so soft on defense. And their key role players are hurt. It's going to take some time for this team.

Gotta admit it's humorous. Probably good for a league to show at least for now you can't just take all the best players on the playground and put them on the same team and expect greatness. That said, if they are not dominant by midseason, the coach is gone.

My doomsday prediction is things won't work and LA will steal Lebron to take Kobe's place and we'll have to spend 8 or 9 years tolerating the Laker bandwagon.

That's the rub:::if James doesn't come over until Kobe is already retired then it won't work. Kobe transcended Odom, Gasol, Brown, Artest, Barnsy and most likely Blakeski. Just absolute lost souls till Bryant took 'em each by the scruff of their respective necks & slapped some gd sense into their cement heads. James needs Bryant to treat him in likewise manner. Obviously Wade is incapable.

They're not going to play like this forever. At some point they're going to start running off wins in bunches. So you might as well enjoy it while you can.

Let Koolaid explain the real reason for the Heat's problems and how it can be fixed. You may not ever see such thoughtful analysis from Kool again so cherish it.

Main issue is they have no clear cut leader of the team. They're trying to play Kumbaya in the Spirit of Rodney King: "Can't we just all get along." Well Koolaid says no we can't all just get along.

I will now explain the two scenarios for success:

1st scenario - In Boston , McHale and Parrish knew Bird was the clear cut leader, Kareem begrudgingly passed the torch to Magic, Dumars always knew it was Isiah's team, Pippen knew MJ was his daddy. With these Championship teams they worked in harmony with a clear # 1 option and Miami is trying very hard to avoid that type of scenario but it won't work. Lebron's is a better athlete than Wade, however, Wade is a much better leader. Pat Riley and his Asian Coach need to come out and declare this Wade's team and Wade's house. There has to be a clear-cut picture for the team to see and acknowledge otherwise they're gonna be in a perpetual state of disarray with chemistry issues. Now Bron will definably get his feelings hurt over this but he made that choice by announcing the "Decision"...he has to live with that. He left his Pride to join another and true Lion's don't ever leave their Pride they rule over it with an iron fist.

    So that's the main problem.

2nd Scenario: - In LA Shaq and Kobe *aka* ShaKobe fought each other tooth and nails. While there was supposed to be a clear-cut leader there really wasn't. Kobe took what he wanted. Snatched it right out of Shaqs hands resulting in constant turmoil BUT multiple les along the way. So if Miami Brass doesn't want to verbalize who their leader is then let them fight it out like Shaq and Kobe did. It could get real messy and ugly but it's the only other way. Wade and Bron will have to cut at each others throat (Colombian style) in order to make it work. This will either make or break them and I suspect it will break them because they don't have the mental makeup of a Kobe or any other player from the Class of 96. They're just weak men, mentally and the kind of warring that went on between Shaq and Kobe they really couldn't handle it. Yeah I'm saying they're pussies...

Lost in all of this is Chris Bosh. Chris is already a poor man's Gasol and it will only get worse. Chris will be on the trading blocks by year #3 mark my words. I see him serving as the fruity peace maker between Lebron and Wade once this finally blows up. This my friends is Kool's best analysis of the situation.

One final note that I promised HarlemHeat. I know he's feeling like right now ( and rightly so) and I know he's down in the city sewer walking aimlessly with a bag over his head. However, I did promise him I'd let him know how Lebron could possibly SAVE FACE from all of this. Well here it is:

There will be a lockout next year. The owners amongst other things will be looking to roll back player contracts that are currently on the books. Meaning that the "big 3" in Miami could possibly have their contracts null and voided. If this were to happen, I imagine Lebron could then go to ESPN, call up Jim Grey and rewrite History by announcing he want's back in Cleveland. They'd take him back trust me, but he'd have to get on his knees and ing do a dance like he's never done before. This is really the only way Lebron will ever be himself again. He's not happy and it shows. He even looks like he's lost a step on the court. It's sad when you can't even go back home, he can't even go to his own city. Dude knows he ed up and he's doesn't know how to right the wrong. All he had to do was be a man about the situation but he chose to be a and that's all Koolaid's murder he wrote...

Happy Thanksgiving To All...enjoy this day..

actually Heat only play Nets 3 times, next game they play vs Nets is April, they play knicks 3 times, Raptors 3 more time(already played them), and 76ers 2 more times. Heat don't play all these teams four times, some teams only 3

no, Bosh is just fine being a 2nd fiddle-he's okay with being 3rd now.

If the problem is the dynamic between Wade/James, solve the problem. Bosh isn't the problem.
