Remember we want to beat the Lakers?
We gonna need Haywood. Chandler will be in foul trouble or injuried etc
I agree. That battle would have been EPIC(ally funny)!!! I think Cardinal would own Bonner.

Haywood won't do but wet the bed... that contract
Who cares about the Mavs? They're just another 3rd place team in their division![]()
weak
WE stacked!
True. This one will hit home.
Who cares about the Mavs? They're basically the same team who got man-handled in the first round last season, other than Chandler of course.
Honestly, Chandler is a huge difference maker. Great trade.
I fear Dirk. I want the ball out of his hands every time he catches it, and I shout profanities every time he shoots it because I know it's going in.
No offense to the hornets, but I don't fear anybody on their team. Spurs merely need to hold a lead or stay close for 3 quarters. Who's going to show up in the 4th? Not CP3. He'll shy away and cower in fear like his usual self if these past handful of game are any indication of how he'll play in the 4th come Sunday.
The fact that Hornets fans are expecting to blow the spurs out this Sunday is laughable.
The only thing laughable will be the Hornets winning easily Sunday.
Championships 0
Conference les 0
Empty Alamo dome
empty state
How that little troll can score on G Hill baffles me...![]()
Son if those scrub jumpshooters around Dirk actually hit some shots in the playoffs then ppl would consider the Mavs an actual threat. Terry needs to actually play good for 2-3 games straight & Barea should be passing gatorade out.
I like Butler too, and I see that the team likes him as well. I can't complain too much. His knees are ed, and has no where near the explosiveness he once had.
And Haywood, while a contract is still as good a back up center as you can find in the league. The money is not coming out of my pocket, and the Mavs are over luxury tax anyway so he's not restricting any flexibility. And there is no untradable contract in the league.
However, I wonder if Cuban is willing to take a further financial hit, and maybe call Atlanta to see how they like that Joe Johnson contract now. Too big a contract for a team not even close to serious contender. Wouldn't they be better off trying to offload it and try to rebuild. Or are they happy being truly average?
Thoughts on your beloved Mavs tonight: Dirk is a monster. Dirk is unstoppable. Dirk is a ing beast. etc
Hook em Horns
Terry can play well for most of the regular season but he catches Michael Finley syndrome during the playoffs and disappears. He is indeed extremely streaky.
LMAO you are wrong for that one!!!
Dirk should be in the MVP discussion.. hes carrying a 11-4 team.
mavs just winning regular season games like theyre supposed to, no surprises here
500+ wins in 10 yrs
i went to this game and boy were we off we need to hurry up and get splitter starting next to duncan as well as closing out games. i will say the mavs played a great game, and were on fire in the 4th and well manu and hill are the only ones who showed up was a nice game
Good win for the Mavs, but looking a bit deeper there should be some concern.
The only reason I hate Dirk is because he doesn't play for SA. Every time he shoots I cringe. He can't do it alone though, we know this. My question is how long he's going to last at this pace and/or how long it's going to take Cuban to realize that he's essentially got a one man gang.
I can't really fathom why he's not.
