great question. I am just looking at it from a perspective of being fair to splitter. I originally wanted to say unless he becomes an all star overnight were screwed but I am just saying pop is stubborn as a mule and splitter needs more time on the floor to make mistakes and learn from them to be ready to play an integral role for a
