Yeah D.Howard should easily top the list for MVP candidate right now.
If the spurs have the best record in the NBA and Manu has these statistics at the end of the year. I would say he's got a shot.
Yeah D.Howard should easily top the list for MVP candidate right now.
The Spurs aren't even the best team in Texas this year right now.
Mavs spanke their arse on their own court.
They do have a better record though so there is that.
Good post. Solid.
Finals MVP for Manu is all I ask for.
Another MVP for James might not be so far-fetched after all

8. Manu Ginobili, Spurs (15-3)
Last Week's Rank -- 8
Leading scorer on the team with the best record -- for a lot of readers, that merits automatic consideration in The Race. Even after a 5-of-15 shooting night in a loss to the Clippers.
*********************
1. Dwight Howard, Magic (14-4)
2. Deron Williams, Jazz (15-5)
3. Dirk Nowitzki, Mavericks (14-4)
4. Chris Paul, Hornets (13-5)
5. Derrick Rose, Bulls (9-7)
6. Kobe Bryant, Lakers (13-6)
7. Russell Westbrook, Thunder (13-6)
9. Pau Gasol, Lakers (13-6)

whats the chances of dirk receiving mvp and mavs ousted in first round again
Manu is the MVP of the league right now but if the voting started today he wouldn't get it. He WILL never get it unless all the other guys on the list get injured and stay injured for at least 20 games straight and he stay on the pace he is on. As the season goes on if Manu keeps this pace I don't see anyone else being the REAL MVP but hey Dirk, Paul and someone else will get the consideration that's why Ginobili is 8th, he should be top 2 at number 1
No we don't have the MVP, we have a very good team which is so much better.
