You can stuff your sandwich with a lot of veggies and pass on the fatty sauces, so I really like Subway as a way to get my veggie count for the day.

i like the Q but i'd never eat another subway sandwich unless it's free and even then i'd probably turn it down these days.

Quiznos is always somehow out of the way for me compared to other shops. I'll get a Schlotzsky's turkey guacamole if I feel going slightly upscale. Most of the time I'm just making my own sandwiches and saving a lot of money.
