He knew he was caught up in playing Bonner and Udoka and his ty rotations and it wasnt working.

What does he do? Make sure you are ejected and let coach Bud takeover because he knew he would make the right decisions and plays.

What do you know, we win. Hopefully Pop sorts his personal problems out with Bonner. And comes out with fresh new attack and energy in the team.

What does that mean? I said fire Pop and I mean it. I just don't understand why anyone thinks what Bud did is a huge departure from what Pop does in these situations.

    No.

Actually, I think the answer it no, but what does that mean?

Coach Bud played Bonner and then went small.
And he made a crucial 3 and then subbed him off. Because he knew the next 3 wont come until blue moon.

Wonder what pop would have done?

Bud did is a huge departure from what Pop does in these situations.
There was no other choice for coach bud. It was either put in Splitter or the small ball line up. Coach Pop on the other hand would have either went small ball or put in Bonner. You can't argue that Bonner is his go-to-guy half the time along with small ball. From Coach Bud, I saw none of that, which gets a thumbs up in my book.

What does that mean? I said fire Pop and I mean it.
This, we can agree on. But, I don't know why your trying to dog on me for being happy Coach Pop had to eject himself from a game for the spurs to play with energy and passion. Make a point and stick to it.

    Really dumb thread.

I applaud Pop for getting tossed as the Spurs really woke up after that. Spurs seemed to still be thinking about the loss to Clippers and crumbling again. Pop getting tossed just meant "if you dont win this game, you're going to get ***ked in the locker room come end of the game"

What do coaches do or where do they go when they get ejected? Do they go home? Is there some area in the back where they can watch the game? Do they have to leave premises all together or are they allowed to stay somewhere far away from the court?

If Bonner gets traded after December 15, then Pop is a genius for showcasing Bonner during the firsr half. If he does not trade him then Pop is going to be the next Joe Paterno.

    "..showcasing Bonner"...

With Bonners return to playoff form beggining with the Dallas game, which NBA team is stupid enough to fall for a trade? We don't have a rigged trading partner like the Memphis Grizzleys.
