Suicide watch?
Thank you New Orleans Hornets for blatantly throwing in the towel for the season.
Thank you New Orleans Hornets for letting me waste another $12,000 on season tickets for the 7th year and God only knows how much more on alcohol at the games.
Thank you George Shinn for being the greedy, incompetent owner that you have always been.
Thank you British Petroleum for being the main distraction in keeping Gary Chouest from buying the team.
Thank you David West for not playing defense since 2007.
Thank you Chris Paul for fooling us all with your "leadership" talk whenever you're the first one to jump ship and give up on the team whenever the times are tough. You have become such a disappointment.
Thank you sports "Fans" of Louisiana for half ass supporting this team since their arrival. Although the team should be performing better, the people in this area are terrible fans and part to blame for the lack of support.
Thank you SpursTalk.com for providing a fair message board that allows fans the right to speak out and criticize their team. The Hornets message board will crucify anyone daring to question or criticize the team or organization. They should take notes from a message board like this one, but then again I'm sure the NBA owns their boards now as well.
God bless
CPQuit?
Lebron would never quit. And if he did, he would at least put up a triple double for your troubles.
not at all son. just letting it all out
it was shin's greediness the landed the hornets in new orleans in the first place
BR, will you buy me a hand grenade if I come to NO?
section 111 represent! although occasionally I'll move to another section near the away bench if I want to heckle certain players. Mark Cuban is always fun to mess with![]()
of course. son we can start the night in the French Quarter eating some jumbo shrimp, then the Saints game (since the Hornets will be in Montreal, Mexico City, or Boise Idaho), then after the game we will of course end up on Bourbon and Harrah's casino, and then finish the night at the Hustler Club and celebrate our casino winnings. sounds like a plan.
How do you feel about Stern moving the Hornets to Seattle?
won't happen. Seattle will not get them team.
That sounds beast.
Son hop on the Mavs bandwagon....God bless

son I could become a free agent. We just have to see what happens with this current ownership/location situation, but one thing is for sure ... I would never support anything Dallas.
son yes they did. thank you for informing me of this breaking news.
.....where else could Stern place a new team?
Canada doesn't need a new team in Montreal. Seattle, St. Louis, and Tampa are the largest statistical areas without a team.
After that there is Cincinnati, which I personally think is the best choice. Stern could place place the Hornets in northern Cincinnati to take advantage of the greater Cincinnati-Dayton area + draw a bit of fanbase from Columbus, Southern Ohio, and Northern Kentucky.
such a dumbass, when the team you are playing for is being bought and shipped out of your home arena, you will play like . totally understandable.
watch King Paul play like for the next few months, can't play basketball knowing your ass can get shipped anytime.
oh guys, I just read some HornetsReport, could the Hornets be contracted? Where will Stern gift Paul to?
son I was JOKING whenever I said Montreal, Mexico City, etc. ... lol
The ONLY way Seattle gets another NBA team is if they build a new arena and the city and state are bent against it. That is the main reason why the Sonics left in the first place. Their arena is almost 50 years old and hasn't even been renovated since 1994! I have been there once (about 4 years ago) and it is a complete dump. Even some of the seats around us were broken lol. Kansas City is the number 1 option to be honest. They have a new, NBA ready arena that is only 2 years old and they want a team badly. Missouri is more than willing to wheel and deal with the NBA and cut some sweetheart tax deals in order to bring a team there.
With all of that said I really do believe the Hornets will stay in NOLA simply from what I have been told by some people "in the know". Our attendance was fine over the last 2 seasons, but fell off tremendously this year. However we are not alone on poor attendance in the NBA. Regardless no one really knows for sure what will happen, but one thing is for sure ... this team will be completely revamped next season. No Paul, No West, etc.
Cafe du Monde for breakfast, Joey K's for lunch, one a' those big ass Miller Lite beer bottles you have ta' use a straw for for dinner and then Bourbon St for in dessert is pretty much my ideal day in N.O., as long as I can sidestep the homeless folks on every in' corner...
It really does look like Prince Paul has shown less and less interest as the season has progressed..he probably doesn't want to waste the good years of his knees playing for a team he doesn't like, tbh..
Hornets should get as much value as possible..
son anyone who has watched Paul from day one can tell he is slacking off this season. Sure his numbers are still good, but he is obviously taking it easy this season. I have never seen him hesitate and pass up wide open shots like he is this year. He's also not being aggressive AT ALL. He wants out and is just taking it easy until he is traded. I guarantee you the moment he is traded to another team he will suddenly start averaging 20+ and 10+ per game again.
