    You want the real answer?

Ian got caught up in a numbers game. Limited spots & money and between all of the injuries, the drafting of Blair, the re-signing of Bonner & bringing Tiago over he just did not make the cut.

The Spurs seemingly liked him, but they had to make a decision with regards to trying to win now.

Tiago " Olajuwon Jabaar Chamberlain" Splitter
    Lol good one..

Ian is very raw. Can't say much because your mavs have the balls to play him and Pop never did.

But the mavs picked up our leftovers. Ian <<< McDyess, Blair, Splitter, and Duncan. So he would have never saw the floor this year anyways.

Noob-take it down a notch. It was the against the Warriors.

Ian is athletic but he's still pretty raw and will have a good game mixed with not so many good games. Had a real good game tonight though.

I'm happy for Ian he worked his tail off in SA, he just was never good enough for Pop and With Splitter coming there just wasn't enough money to keep him. And, you know Pop had to dole out the dough for the Red Rocket much to the chagrin of many Spur fans including myself
