    lol bush league

No seriously, I wouldn't use a one game sample to come to that conclusion. Sevilla progressed to the knockout stage last year and was promptly slapped by Moscow. RM hasn't done recently in Europe.

Barca showed they could be controlled last year against Inter. I don't think there's any evidence to believe Barca and RM are heads and shoulders above any of the other elite teams in Europe, even though Barca is probably the best right now.
Maybe not Real (although I'm sure they will make at least the semis this season), but Barca proved the last 4 or 3 years to be the best team in the world, even when they lose they dominate games.

Barca and Inter played 4 games last season, Barca won 2 and Inter 1, and the Catalans dominated everyone except the one in Milan in the semis, (where Inter turned it around thanks to a clear offside goal), and in the game in Barcelona the ref disallowed a valid goal for Barca.

    Tottenham would be funny.
    And fun!

But in 1/8 finals two clubs from the same country (or same group) cannot meet. So for Arsenal it's Real, Barca, Schalke or Bayern.

Barca's goals against all season have been a pattern - they go four straight games with a shutout, then four straight allowing one goal, then again four straight with a shutout. The game the B players won against Kazan was the 5th straight shutout so maybe they're breaking that pattern.

Good point, Arsenal has some impressive wins. But none as impressive as the Madrid anal rape. I still see Barcelona beating Arsenal if they meet up again.

Well, I don't see why this draw (if it were to happen) should end any different than last year. Both teams play a similar brand of football, but Barca is just much better at it (they're also not as vulnerable as Arsenal on the defensive end).
Barca would be the worst possible opponent for Arsenal, in my opinion. They should beat Schalke, though, and at least could beat Real and Bayern.

Barca is going to run right over any team that gets in front of them the way they are playing. This year, there is no team that plays Mourinho's defense like Inter did, and any team that tries to outscore Barca usually comes out short by 4 or 5 goals.

AC Milan v Tottenham. Not bad considering the possibilities.. avoid the 'Big 3' in Barca, Man Utd and Chelsea for now. Although Bale will be running an absolute train through anyone of Milan's fullbacks.

Barca v Arsenal easily the best of the matchups.. although it could be another cricket score for Barca with the open style of game.

Milan need Tiago Silva and Pato back, and for the rest of the D to stay healthy until then. Cassano will be a nice addition to the attack if the transfer were to happen.

And they must take advantage of the first match at san siro, because the atmosphere in the return leg will be something not seen in the CL in a long time. Anything can happen, and Tottenham are very fickle at times, but I think experience will overcome everything and Milan will advance.

Guess we'll have to wait and see because there is still a long of time left
