A sick portable amp in the 300+ range.
A Texas A&M degree.
I've heard you mention that before. By "portable amp", do you just mean an amp to support a sub in your car, or are you referring to something else?
enough money to build and furnish a house.
That's not fair...thats the easy way out. I could have wished for money to have surgery to get a few ribs removed to accomplish what I posted earlier, but I did not.
It's a headphone amp. Makes music clearer and louder. For the clearer part, DAC is the most important thing, though.
A winning lottery ticket.

Probably going to give that to myself, though. Plan on getting a better one later.
IronMexican you have been on a rapid decline.
Agreed.
I feel out of the loop on half the things this forum has to offer nowadays.
All free time is spent arguing with /mu/ about bands you've never even heard of. I blame you, brah.
So, do you just plug your headphone jack into the amp, and plug the amp into your computer or mp3 player? (Sorry, I know these questions are prolly annoying. I've just never heard of one of those before you mentioned it.)
Ok, it goes from headphone to amp, and amp to music player. the amp would require a 1/8 connector(most headphones over 50 bucks come with one). And the amp connects to the mp3 with the basic 1/4 input.
I was reading up on why this usually increases sound quality a lot on mp3's, and it's cause most companies try to cut corners to save battery life.

Bands you aren't familiair with either, just pretending to like them to gain rep. Sad story, brah.
Huh. From the pic, it seems like the full set-up might be a little clunky, but I AM curious to hear how a particular song might sound w/ and w/o it.
I'm always up for buying frivolous media accessories.
That's not a portable model.
