There have been a few recent reports about Manu--his discussion of the placebo effect with George Hill (reported here) and his scoffing at supers ious responses to his UFO sighting (see this video) -- that would seem to indicate he is of a generally rationalist, empirical mindset. I have been wondering if he seems himself as a contrast to the general culture of professional sports, which is usually characterized as full of supers ion and emotional interpretations of events.

In the pre-season, you got to draw up a play versus the Clippers. If you were the Spurs' coach for a day, in addition to the various screen/roll options you have, what offense would you like to run?
