In January 2008 when the Hornets went to San Antonio in the middle of their 10 game winning streak. They beat the Spurs 100-76. That was a great feeling and led the team to their first divisional le.

Game 5 at Utah in the 2001 playoffs when Calvin Booth made the game winning layup. That was unbelievable. I remember Utah won the first two games rather easily but the Mavs stormed back to take the series.

spurfan is just awesome. I don't know why people even create those IgnorantSpurFan trolls. You get the same thing with actual spurfans.

tbh That Double OT game a few years ago was amazing. I think the score was like 129-127 or something like that and I remember Amare was like 11-11 with 40 something points and Nash drained a 3 after a Marion Offensive rebound.

This IS the same game right?lol

It's so difficult to narrow it down..

For the Spurs, my favorite was Spurs-Knicks game 5 in the Finals..I was at this game, Duncan's 2nd half was amazing, he was making everything he threw up at the rim..the crowd was crazy, as usual..

#2 would be Spurs-Lakers game 6 in 2003..everybody was so used to seeing the Lakers come back from everything during their 3-peat, other teams always choking..after Kevin Willis' putback, it finally felt like the Lakers were actually going to lose a series, for the first time in years..

Horry vs. Detroit, obviously..pretty much any Suns-Spurs games where the Spurs won, the games were always exciting..

In games where the Spurs lost, Mavs-Spurs game 7, pretty easily..I still can't believe Dirk made that and-1..

    For other teams:

Lakers-Kings in almost any of their games, despite what happened in the game 6 in 2002..even though it's cliche and predictable, Mavs-Warriors was great..Pacers-Nets, where Reggie made the game tying banked 3..the Pistons-Nets game with Scalabrine coming up big, and Billups making the huge shot..

For random regular season games, Suns vs. Nets from a few years ago was crazy, with pretty much every All-Star in that game going off, with Nash finally ending it with a game winner..Carter vs. the Raptors in multiple games..

Magic with the Sky Hook in Boston.

I'd go with that one as well ........

Horry's three versus Sacramento did have me running down the street in my drawls though

I know what you're saying. That was one of the most memorable NBA games I've ever watched. I felt the whole time that the Lakers would just flip the switch like they always did and come back in the 4th and win it in 7. At that point, I was really rooting for the Spurs to stick it to them and watching Parker, Ginobli, and Duncan just calmly pick apart the frustrated Lakers in the 4th quarter was pretty surreal

Also, one that some might not appreciate or remember, is a regular season game against the Lakers in '04 (which the Spurs actually lost). It was the first time we saw the player that Manu would become and realized he was more than just a pretty nice player. No Tim, No Tony, No Robinson ... the Lakers coming into the game with all the hype, the motivation of avenging last year's playoff loss and having their new "Big 4" intact, Manu singlehandedly manages to put the Spurs in a position to win -- having, IIRC, two shots at the buzzer just miss -- and only falling short after 2 OTs.
This is the first one I thought of. Just enjoyable as to watch Manu battle four HOFers to a standstill all the way into double overtime.

    Runners up:

Sean Elliott's comeback game after the kidney transplant, I think it was against the Pacers.

The Houston comeback game w/ Mario Ellie's kiss of death in '99 that started the team on the run to the first ring.

Regular Season Cavaliers: The LeBron-Wade duel in March/April 2006. Nationally televised Saturday afternoon game and LBJ and Wade traded haymakers throughout the fourth quarter. LBJ had 47-12-12, Wade had 45-9-8 (or something like that.)

Postseason Cavaliers: Game 5, 2007 ECF.

Game 2, 1992 ECF: Cavs punked the Bulls in Chicago, 107-81 when a lot of people were predicting a sweep. For whatever reason everything went wrong for the Bulls that night. I don't remember it being anything the Cavs did in particular. Chicago was just really flat and really terrible.

The Bulls then came out in Game 3 @ the Coliseum and took a 26-4 first-quarter lead on the way to an easy win. They pretty much dominated the rest of the series.

Postseason Other Team: Game 1, 2001 Finals. AI's finest hour. That Philly won one game in the series was a near-miracle after what LA did to the West field. LA had the 76ers dead in OT before the 76ers came back. Eric Snow hit an absolute BS shot to clinch it.

All Philly did was make the Lake Show mad. Still, awesome game to watch.
